You will find all ages living the The Enclave. From families with children attending Tatum Ridge, McIntosh Elementary and Riverview High School, to retirees and empty nesters alike also prefer to be in this desirable community. Tatum Ridge Elementary is located across from The Enclave. The school is adjacent to public soccer fields. There are 4 fields in all.
The Enclave development was developed in 2002 with homes being occupied in 2003. All of the homes were constructed by Centex Homes of Sarasota and consist of barrel tile roofs, concrete block construction with one story and two story homes. The homes in the enclave typically have views of lakes or wooded conservation.  The homes square footage range from 2018 square feet to well over 3,000 square feet. Prices range from $200k on up. Home owners association fees are approximately $480 annually. There is no CDD (Community District Development) in The Enclave. Some homeowners live here full time, while others prefer to anchor down here in the winter months as their second home.
There is also a neighborhood in Palmer Ranch called The Enclave. These are two different communities.
