Jeff Eslinger – President/Owner, Broker, Realtor, CSP
Jeff Eslinger is a native of Sarasota and has been involved in the Real Estate and Building industry for over 30 years. Jeff’s father, D. James Eslinger, started Eslinger Construction in 1976 (Later to be known as Eslinger Homes), Jeff along with his brother Jim, joined their father in the residential home building business. Jeff moved to Irvine California in 1985 to expand his knowledge of the Construction business. “My Dad said he would like for me to go to work for another builder and learn some different ideas and ways of doing things. So I looked at the map and said why not California”. After 5 years Jeff returned to Florida and rejoined his Father and Brother in the family business and was instrumental in sales and marketing along with land acquisition. Together, the Eslinger family collectively were responsible for building over 700 homes from 1976 through 2010.
Jeff started Eslinger Realty in 1993 with the idea of expanding the vision of care and customer service in commercial, general and property management real estate related services.
